    I worked as a flame freelancer within the facility at Saatchi completing all the online work for this nice campaign for VRBO. Working alongside edit and grade, with the wonderful team there, I worked through lots of beauty work and clean up requests.

  • ‘Private Beach Getaway’ VRBO TV commercial

    Another VRBO spot from the same campaign featuring lots of beauty work and clean up throughout. The opening shot needed a building site removed, lights turned on in windows, the garden landscaped and the sky replaced, among other things. Working with ungraded camera raw source files, I worked with the colourist closely to turn this around and get the campaign to air. A great team, always a pleasure to be brought in onsite as a freelance flame artist.

    As a freelance Flame artist I contributed to these sweet little sponsorship idents for the Rugby World Cup last summer at Freefolk. Plenty of beauty work, clean up, set enhancement and set extensions.

  • ‘Costa Coffee – Beautifully Predictable’

    Sweet little campaign for Costa showing baristas in their element. As a freelance flame artist I worked through a host of clean up requests, beauty work and graphics. Hard to have missed this one online, as it received close to a million views.

  • ‘Kia Niro’ Delivery

    As a London based freelance Flame artist I was tasked with making the car interiors and exteriors correct for the UK market. Extensive beauty work on seat stitching was completed on Flame 2019, as well as correcting left hand drive to right hand drive. The pizza box, as well as all logos and dashboard detail, had to be reworked.

    ‘Final Assembly’ Screen One

    As a flame artist I was asked to complete the beauty work and retouching on these films within the Ferrari World Theme Park, Abu Dhabi. This was one screen of six screens that you passed by on one element of the ride experience. Each screen told the story of the last moments on the production line, the final assembly.

    Freelance Flame Artist – I assisted on this large campaign for Sony at Smoke and Mirrors. Great team and really nice set of films featuring multiple screen comps, wire removal and extensive beauty work.

  • ‘Garnier Nutrisse Campaign 2019’

    Working on site as a flame freelancer I completed this spot for Garnier. The brief contained extensive hair and beauty clean up, a discipline I am very comfortable and experienced in. The tricky pack carousel was fun too, all built in flame with stills by me on flame.

  • ‘Corona Golden Hour’

    Flame and Nuke combined to deliver this gorgeous film, the lead commercial in the series. The sky replacements were critical to tell the story of that magical golden hour. Product beauty work was also completed. A brilliant spot.

    Nice set of films for Manchester City completed at Nice Biscuits. As flame freelancer I ran all the films, completed all the beauty and clean up work, and mastered all the films. After Effects elements were supplied by the very cool and creative motion graphics team there.

  • ‘Mother Nature’

    This is one in a set of digital online films for Chobani Yoghurt. There was extensive beauty work and clean up and one complex setup to control the reveal of the wonderful greek yoghurt.

  • ‘MTV’

    I loved this series of ‘Brand Showcase’ films for MTV UK showcasing a number of contemporary artists. It touched on many disciplines within the Flame Premium. Paul and I designed the whole series and it was all composited in Flame. Initially I spent some time in Lustre grading the two ‘looks’. Additional scenery and interest was then composited in the black and white scenes. Extensive beauty work across all the talent followed. Large amounts of rotoscoping and keying was needed to extract talent and place them in the desired sets, complete with carefully selected and designed back plates drawing on inspiration and lyrics from the artists.

  • ‘Gospel According To’

    This is a beautiful spot for GHD hair products. I completed the film in Smoke. There was detailed and time consuming beauty work undertaken on all the models, particularly their hair, which had to look perfect.

    ‘Final Assembly’

    This was a series of six films projected on massive tall portrait shaped screens that the viewer travelled slowly through. Each film, beautifully graded, told a short story of each of the teams that complete a final inspection of the cars at the end of the production stage. On Flame I managed the beauty work, composition and delivery of the films for the bespoke space.

  • ‘Wishes’

    This is from a series of TV commercials for GHD hair products. I completed all beauty work and visual effects in Smoke. Much of the beauty work was on skin and stray hair. The city skyline was enhanced with lights in the first scene.
